How to mix
Original Ketone is 5 g of bioidentical D-BHB per ounce, so servings are easy to measure. Every mix makes one 16 oz drink.
Full serving (10 g)
2 oz concentrate + 14 oz cold water.

I have never used ketones. Is this the right place to start?
Yes. That is what the Starter Pack is built for. The mixing bottle is labeled, so a full serving is just “pour to the bottom of the label and top with cold water,” and the quick-start guide covers both serving sizes.
How do I mix it?
Dilute 2 ounces of concentrate with 14 ounces of cold water for a 10g D-BHB drink or one ounce of concentrate with 15 ounces of cold water for a 5g half serving D-BHB drink. Our product is a concentrate and not a shot, always dilute before use.
How long does one bottle last?
8 full servings or 16 half servings. At one full serving a day that is about 8 days, and about 16 days at one half serving a day.
Do I need to be on a keto diet or fasting to use it?
No. Original Ketone is bioidentical D-BHB you can use without a strict ketogenic diet or a full fast. You can certainly use it as part of a normal day whether you’re on the carnivore or the standard American diet. Just remember if you’re drinking it for a ketone boost the bounce you get from carbohydrate reduction will be much bigger than the ketone rise after eating a box of donuts. Your ketone boost mileage will vary depending on your diet.
What does it taste like?
Clean and mild. It is the bioidentical D-BHB molecule with no added mineral load, just natural flavors and stevia, and it mixes easily into cold water.
Will it upset my stomach?
Many people don’t just tolerate Original Ketone® well they love it. Bioidentical D-BHB is not a synthetic chemical and has no added mineral that has to be broken down before use. Often other compounds like ketone salts cause stomach upset due to unwanted impurities. Our product doesn’t create an upset stomach because impurities aren’t there! In a peer-reviewed clinical trial of daily use, digestive discomfort was infrequent and mild, with none rated severe. Individual tolerance always varies.

Our bioidentical D-BHB does not ever spoil or go bad. The flavors we add to make it taste great are shelf stable for up to a year in an unopened bottle. Once opened, your bottle is good for up to 6 months when refrigerated and kept sealed. Diluted pre-mixed bottles should be kept in the fridge in the same way.
