Original Ketone® Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Original Ketone®! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Where We Ship From

All orders are packed and shipped from our distribution hub in Texas. Because we ship domestically within the USA from a single location, most customers enjoy fast and reliable delivery times.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard).

International shipments may be arranged on prior approval in select countries for orders over $500 USD (VAT NOT INCLUDED).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our Texas hub, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the U.S. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note: shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur once a package is in the carrier's hands.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been received, we cannot be responsible for any changes to the shipping destination address. We are unable to guarantee that address changes, corrections, or redirections can be made after an order is placed, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or you believe it may be lost in transit, please reach out to our support team through our Contact page and we'll be happy to help track it down.

Shipping Damage & Bottle Leakage

Please contact us directly at info@originalketone.com should your bottle leak during shipment.  While we do our best to package our product securely undue wear and tear during shipment can result in leakage.  Should this happen we will work to make things right ASAP!
