Everything we publish sits in one of two places. The Metabolic Resilience Library is research-led explanation: what the molecules are, how the mechanisms work, what the studies actually measured. Guides and Jet Lag are practical — how to put it into practice on a normal week or a long-haul flight.
Metabolic Resilience Library
The reference layer. What metabolic resilience means, and how the ketone forms differ from one another — salts, esters, and bioidentical D-BHB — with the study caveats attached rather than stripped out.
Guides
Applied writing. Carbohydrate restriction as a daily skill rather than an annual promise, and how to stay consistent when motivation alone runs out.
Jet Lag
A complete cluster on circadian disruption: the two-clock problem, why eastward and westward travel behave differently, meal timing, and a before-during-after flight protocol.
How to read what we publish
Library articles name molecules, not products, and cite their sources. Where a study administered a ketone as a mineral salt rather than as free D-BHB, we say so, because the distinction changes what the result means.
