Returns Policy – Original Ketone®
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Unopened bottle returns
- You may return unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund, bottles must be sealed, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
2. Damaged or leaking bottles
- If any bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may ask for a photo of the damage so we can investigate and improve our packaging.
- After review, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund for the affected bottle(s).
3. How to start a return
- Please reach out through our Contact page or email us with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll reply with simple instructions for returning your product or arranging a replacement.
4. Items not eligible for return
- Opened bottles, partially used products, and bottles returned after the time windows above are not eligible for refund or replacement, except where required by law.
- Promotional or free items may not be eligible for refund.
5. Shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
- For unopened returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- For damaged or leaking bottles, we cover replacement or refund and do not require you to pay additional shipping.
